Abstract

The collection of letters of P. Ya. Stebnytsky and S. O.Yefremov is of sighnificant importance because of the documentary complex contained that illustrates the enlightment movement in Ukraine at the beginning of the 20th century showing its historical context and giving some subjective opininons of these outstanding representatives of the Ukraininan culture regarding the events of the contemporary life.
