The article reveals the history of Ukrainian Scientific Society in Kyiv, which united scientists in 1907 and aimed to promote the development and popularization of the various fields of science in Ukrainian language. The publication represents the first protocols of general administrative meetings, which reveal the organizational stages of the Society formation.
