Abstract

The present day condition of library automation system “IRBIS64”, launched at the Institute of Manuscript of VNLU for making electronic
catalogs of its funds was analyzed, the task groups of questions in this work
were highlighted, particularly the need to improve the scanned card catalog,
the ways of their solution were proposed.
