Abstract

The archive of a pioneer of the native cooperation M. V. Levytskyi (1859-1936) kept in the Institute of Manuscripts of the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine consists of documents of different types and content. A complex of scientific materials (articles, essays) by M. V. Levytskyi on the history of cooperation constitutes the most significant part of it as to its factographic content. In the article the types and contents of normative documents, theoretical studies, publicistic works, statistical presentation of practical experience of M. V. Levytskyi are given.
