Information space of “Teacher's Gospel” by Kyrylo Trankvilion Stavrovetskyi and its applied application

Abstract

The purpose of the article. Development of the methodology and an attempt to codify the source base related to the book “Teacher›s Gospel” by Kyrylo Trankvilion Stavrovetskyi, in a single target information space and determine the directions of its applied orientation. The research methodology is based on the deductive method of scientific knowledge from the general to the specific, using a set of methods: descriptive, generalization and systematization, source analysis. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of a deductive methodology for mastering the information reality and an attempt to codify the source base of the target information space of the medieval old print “Yevanhelia uchitelnoho” by Kyrylo Trankvilion Stavrovetskyi as a component part of the general information space and to determine the directions of its applied orientation. Conclusions. The modern world functions in an informational reality. It is important for a person to perceive, learn and operate with multifaceted information. By means of a detective analysis, the article attempts to isolate the source base of “Teacher›s Gospel” by Kyrylo Trankvilion Stavrovetskyi in the system of the general information space in order to optimally use it in practical scientific work. The definition of information space as a generic philosophical category is introduced, the infrastructure of the target information space of the analyzed edition is outlined, examples of information sources are analyzed according to the directions of applied applications. Prospects for further research are connected, firstly, with the formation of targeted information spaces on the subject of other publications, authors, problems on the basis of precedent for this analysis, and secondly, with fundamental applied scientific investigations of the life and work of Kyrylo Trankvilion Stavrovetskyi, according to third, with the acceleration of the trend of book onlineization, in particular, the conclusion of continuing bibliographic catalogs in the newly created Digital Platform of the Book Industry of Ukraine.
